"do not let your heart envy sinners but always be zealous for the fear of the Lord. there is surely a hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off."
jeremiah 1
God calls Jeremiah first by reminding him that he is God's special, beloved creation AND that God gave his life a special purpose. after that, he gives him his calling as a prophet. Jeremiah immediately doubts in response... doubts that he is capable or adequate for the job. but God responds with "you must go.. do not be afraid for i am with you and will rescue you.. i have put my words in your mouth.. go get yourself ready.." He will not take "no" as an answer from Jeremiah. He encourages him mainly with the fact that "I will be with you." that should be enough for us to have courage and obey God in anything.. bc if God is with us, then that means He is on our side and enabling us with His own power to accomplish anthing in front of us.
